The second floor of the Museum in Baekje Cultural Complex in Buyeo

Buyeo is a city in Korea keeping the historical relics of the Baekje Kingdom. There are two famous Buddha statues on the second floor of the museum in the Baekje Cultural Complex. The one made of bronze(L) is a national treasure of Korea, and the other one made of wood(R) is a national treasure of Japan. These similar Buddha statues show a close relationship based on trade between ancient Korea and Japan. The other photo is of a tomb from the Baekje period.
