Shinzo Abe’s assassination
Former prime minister Shinzo Abe(67) was dead from the gunshot. It turned out the killer was Tetsuya Yamagami(41).
Interestingly, Yamagami testified the cause of killing was mom’s religion—The Unification Church (Family Federation for World Peace and Unification).
Further, he said his parents’ business went broke due to excessive donations to Unification church.
What I know about the Unification Church is rich religious group worldwide having universities and companies based on headquarters in Korea.
We might ask the questions since Abe’s case like this, what the Unification church does and why this religious group is connected to politics.
I pray for the safety of the bereaved family.
