Flooding hits Dallas
The massive waters flooded the Dallas Fort on Monday. The heavy rains have been continued from Sunday to Monday for around 18 hours.
Finally, Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins announced a state of disaster in Dallas County. Also, The Dallas Fire Department responded to areas with water damage and needing help.
Climate scientists insisted climate change caused extreme precipitation. The rainfall recorded 6 to 10 inches in most Dallas areas, while it outnumbered as13 to 15 inches on the east side of Dallas.
