WALKING WITH GOD #9 (2) Isaiah 66

I found two related parts “idol” and “their own ways.” The two parts described abomination in the eyes of God.

I have seen God’s two characteristics, mercy, and justice, throughout all the books in Bible. I strongly sensed his righteousness toward the lawless people in this chapter from verses 3 to 6.

I could feel God’s anger, who paid back his enemies with harsh treatment and recompensation.

I was humbled by the gaze in awe when reading the part about the wrath of God. Bible says, “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction” (NKJV, Proverbs 1:7).
