I want to share the key three strategies to overcome worry.
First, Never worry about anything. It is useless. Jesus says, “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?” (NIV, Matthew 6:25).
Second, Cast all your worries out by talking about them in God. Bible says, “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done” (NLT, 4:6).
Last, be satisfied with the current situation and be grateful. In some sense, real happiness comes from inside, not outside—depending on what good things happened in my life.
Paul said, “I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want” (NIV, Philippians 4:12).
