I kept looking through various God’s laws in Deuteronomy 24. The newly married man shall be free for a year, not going out of the army or being liable. And people who steal one of Israel’s brothers, they shall die.
For a person who lent money, they shall not go into the debtor’s house to collect the pledge. Instead, the moneylender shall wait outside and get a pledge from the loaner.
For employers, they shall not oppress their servant who is poor and needy and forget to pay the servant on the same day.
