Who is the ruler of all creatures on the earth? Bible clearly says God is Sovereign Lord over all living beings.

Then He poured out his Spirit and showed justice. So the Joy had come when clothing salvation—blazing like a burning torch and rode of righteousness.

God called Zion the City of God’s and Delight and Bride of God. He regards Jerusalem as his bride, appearing like a bridegroom. Great joy comes on the perfect wedding day.
