God told Abraham where to go when famine has come. 

Can we receive God’s guidance in our modern lives like Abraham?

The answer is yes because God promised to guide you. The Bible says, “For this God is our God for ever and ever;he will be our guide even to the end” (Psalm 48:17).

God guides His children by His words, Spirit, and common sense.
