WALKING WITH GOD—Repentance

Do we have a natural inclination to sin?
Why were all people, sinners? The Bible says, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). Humans are imperfect, so they commit wrongdoing and sin that are incompatible with God.
How to solve our sins?
How do we return to God when we sinned, which is hostile to God? God already knows our vulnerability, so he prepared the way to clean our sins. To fulfill his expiation plan, he sent Jesus Christ, who paid for our sins by sacrificing His life.
Repentance
Repentance, called “teshubah” in Hebrew, meant returning. The only thing we can do as the next step after acknowledging Jesus’s atonement for our sins is to repent. The Bible says, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9).
