The Healthy Life–Simplify Your Life

Simple and slow life helps your mental health because complex life drains your energy and destroys your peace of mind.

A simple life does not mean doing less, but it focused on priorities among planned daily tasks. Also, the priorities could be different depending on the people but I expect that will be lovable, rightful, and valuable things causing happiness between you and others.

Above all, using your time for your soul is a priority rather than doing other tasks because inspirational activity helps your life simpler and happier in fast and complex modern life.

For example, religious activities nurturing your mental health like listening or reading or writing Scripture, worshipping, meditation, and making journal entries help your life simpler and easier while such inspirational activities relieve your impatience and stress.

So, I suggest you make a daily plan by putting inspirational activities in your schedule. Then you could feel your life has been simpler as your soul go well.

Lastly, I introduce Apostle John’s letter from 3 John 1:2 because it can recap the simpler life I mentioned above.

“Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul” (3 John 1:2, ESV).

I don’t know about writing scripture, but reading and taking in scripture is a good idea. I like what this blog post said. Taking in inspiration from the one divine inspirator. Amen to this blog post.

      Dear Germinr,

Hi Germinr! Thank you for your response.
I am so grateful that the post was helpful to you. That is the only purpose why I tried to write a blog. I felt as if I realized I was weak; I needed the power of Scripture because I overcame hard times with Scripture, not by people. So, Scripture will help you from any struggles in your life as I did in my experiences.
I hope you will grow and succeed every day!

      Best Regards,
      Tim
