The Meaningful Life–Soul

What is life? It refers to a soul, not a body. Biblically, the soul is made by God’s breath. Then, how do we look at other souls through their bodies? I think we can see their life via eyes that regard the window of mind and face which is the board of emotion stacked for a long time.
