Bible says, “You Shall Not Make for Yourself an Idol” (Exodus 20:4). But some Israelites made a golden calf causing God’s anger. Why did God ignore Egypt while blessing the Israelites by getting them out? That is because Egypt was polytheistic accepting idolatry.
