Gist of Immortal by Lex Meyer (vol.32)
“The kingdoms of the world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and shall reign forever and ever” (Revelation 11:15). The Kindom of God was the subject of a large number of Yeshua’s teachings, and He explained it in parables to obscure the message. A parable is a short story and vision of life in God’s kingdom that teaches a lesson through comparison. So, the parable is called like the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven. His parables were not given for the purpose of doctrine; therefore, we must be careful not to base our theology on something contained in one of these stories. Certain parables have similar themes and are even paired up in the Scriptures. The kingdom of heaven compares the kingdom to a sower who sows seed in a different type of soil, a mustard seed, leaven, a hidden treasure, a pearl, a dragnet, a landowner, a king, and a man traveling to a far country.
